- A single mains gas boiler including any manufacturer fitted parts inside. ( Excluding main heat exchanger )

- Boiler services will be carried out during the year of your policy. This is to ensure we are fully equipped and have engineers available to assist you with breakdowns during the busy winter months.Â
- Your heating boiler must be under 10 years old.

- We will provide you with as gas safety certifciate each year
